Amateur Radio Licensing#
No matter where you reside, you will need a license and issued callsign in order to operate on the Amateur Radio bands. Each country has differing regulations, so you may need to do some research into the process and requirements.
Most participating countries belong to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), or the World Administrative Radio Conference (WARC).
